![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The solution – a Bespoke Student Administration Systemįollowing an in-depth review of their existing processes that were currently in use by our client tracking many separate elements of information, it was determined a bespoke Claris Pro solution would be developed as a single source of truth to manage and track all information related to a student, whilst also providing reports covering all the necessary metrics to track and manage both individual and institutional performance. They also need to be able to manage their HESA submissions, in the correct format with the correct information without any manual operation other than to initiate the report and to check accuracy before submission. The aim was to develop a system which covers every aspect of a student’s time at the college all in one place. They need to track specifics such as attendance, welfare information such as medications, allergies, next of kin and exam results. The client has students from many diverse backgrounds across the globe and needed to track all aspects of their induction into the school, from application, through finance as well as course information. The school is recognised internationally as a model of excellence in specialist higher education and one of the world’s pre-eminent institutions in film and moving image it is consistently the only UK film school to be listed in the Hollywood Reporter’s top international film schools list and has been described in the Guardian newspaper as the ‘World’s Best Film School’. They run more than 30 MA, Diploma and Certificate courses – as well as numerous short courses – across a range of film, television and games disciplines, having more behind the camera courses than any other school in the UK.
